After this class, you will have the gift of doing Reiki on yourself, others, plants, animals and it’s a wonderful tool to use in all life situations!

A Gallery: Meditation & Drum Journey Workshop in Fort Collins, CO

I had a group of 17 lovely people who participated in this workshop on December 14th, 2013 at my office in Fort Collins.

I began with a grounding meditation to ground, center, balance and create a safe space for them to relax into the Reiki Drum Journey. I set an intention for the group then performed the Reiki Drum Journey as everyone laid in a comfortable position and did some incredible healing and releasing.

I gave them all time after the Journey to journal their individual experiences. We had an open forum for feedback, questions and I tuned-in to some of their experiences. I closed the Workshop with another meditation allowing everyone to come back into their consciousness and feel open, healed, relaxed and ready to move forward!

I’m looking forward to hosting a similar workshop again in February or March, 2014. The class will hold 15-17 people comfortably. Watch my calendar for upcoming events.
