Purpose for the workshop:
The planetary line-up (Eclipses, Retrogrades, etc.) over the past few months has been intense and packed with changes, shifts, epic transformations and emotional highs and lows. This workshop is designed to assist each of the participants in releasing energetic blocks, fear, or resistance you have in moving forward onto the next leg of your journey. The Full Moon on September 14th is an optimal time to release what no longer serves you. If you know you’re in flux, transition or are shifting things in your life yet don’t have a clear picture or even a clue of what’s next, then this Full Moon Healing Journey is right for you!
Meghan will begin with a guided meditation and Ann will follow with a Reiki Drum Journey. The intention of the journey is to focus on the root chakra leading to the heart chakra. We have all been faced with a particular conscious or unconscious pattern or theme from our past that has created some shake-up or shift in our lives that’s calling for our attention. This is also true for the collective and is bringing in a new paradigm and penetrating humanity. It has been hitting us fairly heavily for almost half of 2019! When we have this type of energetic re-arranging, the root chakra is affected. We may not feel grounded, we may feel destabilized, unsafe and vulnerable. Ann and Megan want to help clear these frequencies and help you lead forward with your heart.
Meghan will be doing hands-on clearing work while Ann is leading the drum journey. The healing journey will be followed by some time to journal your experiences. Ann and Meghan will then tag team in a Q & A, tapping into your burning questions and providing clarity, guidance and validation.
Please bring the following:
* A notebook or journal to write in and your favorite writing utensil.
* Water bottle
* Comfortable blanket and/or pillow, yoga mat, etc.
* Dress comfy!
